Every new Suzuki comes with a warranty that covers you for the first 3 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.
When your standard Suzuki warranty ends after 3 years, we’ll give you an additional warranty every time you service with us – all the way up until your car is 10 years old or has reached 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
And if your car is older than 3 years, don't worry. If you have your service carried out with us we'll give you a Service Activated Warranty through to your following scheduled service*, up until your car turns 10 years old or reaches 100,000 miles.
When you next bring your car in for a service at Baden Powell, you'll receive your unique code. To claim your additional warranty you need to scan the QR code and enter your details.
This warranty goes the distance.
Our warranty guarantee also covers Suzuki Genuine Parts.
All Suzuki Genuine Parts fitted to cars are covered by a warranty guarantee. This guarantee lasts for the remainder of the original vehicle warranty, up to three years or 60,000 miles. If your car is outside of warranty, any genuine parts fitted will be covered by a 12-month warranty.
Suzuki Genuine Parts are engineered to exact product quality standards. Our qualified aftersales staff will make sure they source the right part for the job and that it’s fitted correctly by our highly trained experts.
Terms and Conditions: Available to UK customers on Suzuki cars under 10 years old and under 100,000 miles. Warranty is valid for up to 12 months or (if lower) 9,000/12,500 miles (mileage cap varies based on model’s service interval). Activates on first qualifying service and renews on subsequent qualifying services, up to a maximum of 10 years from the date of first registration or (if lower) 100,000 miles. A qualifying service is one carried out by a Suzuki service partner in accordance with the applicable Suzuki service interval. Cars without a full, up-to-date Suzuki service history will be subject to an initial health check and any identified faults will be excluded from warranty cover unless repaired at your cost during the qualifying service.
